I took both of my girls here (ages 10 and 14) for a wash, cut, and blowout I was told it would be about 2 hours so I left and came back (they were sitting next to each other so I knew they would be ok) within a hour I walk in and my 10 year old was in tears because the stylist was being so rough with her. She has super curly hair and she was just ripping through it trying to get done because there was a wedding party coming in. it was such a bad experience she won't go back to a salon to get her hair cut for school. It's not all bad my oldest daughter loved her stylist and her hair looked great and we will be going back

I took advantage of the salons Valentine’s Day micro blading special. Summer did my eyebrows and they are amazing. I get compliments on them constantly. Every step was explained to me and if I ever had any questions Bridgette and her staff were always happy to help. I’ve since had my touch up with Summer and again she goes above and beyond. Their lash lift and tint is at a good price as well and I had good lasting results even though I still used mascara on my lifted lashes. Would absolutely recommend and I will be returning for more services in the future.

Saturday was a life changing day for me. I went from insecure to feeling fierce in a matter of hours all thanks to the caring and very skilled Bridgette Hardy at Cloud 9. I was nervous as this was my first time having my eyebrows microbladed but upon leaving, I was so satisfied with the comfortability and professionalism that I had experienced. I knew there was a reason I chose to go home to have this done rather than doing it in Columbus. I highly recommend! I went there with a wedding party to get hair and makeup done. Not a good experience! My hair looked terrible and unfortunately I didnt have time for them to re-do it because the wedding party was done and we had to leave. The make up job was horrible and the false eyelashes started coming off about an hour after they were done. My daughters hair looked cute but her make up was horrible she looked orange.... three of the brides maids had to re do there make up because it looked horrible including the mother of the bride... it cost a lot of money to be this unsatisfied. Will not be returning

I visited Cloud 9 for the first time yesterday to have Bridgette microblade my eyebrows. She did a fantastic job! Before she started she did a consult to find out what look I was wanting. The finished look was exactly what I explained to her. She was very knowledgeable, let me watch what she was doing the whole time, explained everything as she was doing it. This really put me at ease. I personally had zero pain from the procedure and would highly recommend Bridgette for anyone considering having this done.

Cloud 9 knocked it out of the park for myself and my bridal party for my wedding on NYE!! I was a little nervous because I opted out of doing a hair trial because I live in Morgantown and ran out of time, but from the second I arrived with my girls I was at ease! My hair was EXACTLY how I imagined it and my make up was BEAUTIFUL! All of my girls looked stunningly gorgeous! I can't thank them enough for the incredible job they did!!

I recently went to Shelley to get my eyebrows microbladed and she did an amazing job! I had them done at another salon and was not impressed at all with them. Shelley was able to fix my eyebrows and give me exactly what I wanted! She explained the process with me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The owner made sure to come in and make sure that I was comfortable during my appointment. Everyone in the salon was very friendly! I would definitely recommend Shelley and Cloud 9 salon. I wish I would have come here first!!

I think it's pretty bad that I am stuck with a 75.00 gift certificate that is apparently no good. Your salon does not do the service that this gift certificate was bought for. It was bought for one service and one service only. To put two extensions in my hair. Not for a hair style, not for salon products, or any other service. The girl that sold this to my friend knows that it was for hair extensions. She knew that at the time of selling this certificate that this salon did not do the service it was purchased for.!

Taylor did my hair around Mother's Day. Got a cut and color, I was so so happy. She did an amazing job. Plus I enjoyed a free arm and hands massage while getting my hair done, WHAT?!?! Other than that, the staff was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Best salon in the valley, hands down!
