As professionals, we strive to communicate the importance of taking the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals. If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing. After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life. If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, we are happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a redo service.

To protect all parties involved, there are limitations to redo services.

Refund policy

There are absolutely no refunds. Our goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you. Sometimes there are bumps in the road, and we are committed to learning with you and making adjustments to give you the style that you want.

Redo color policy

Your color is valid for a redo up to ten days after your service was performed.

Exclusivity

We will no longer be able to offer you a redo service if you or another stylist makes any changes to the hair.

Product recommentation

To qualify for a redo service, you must invest in the stylist recommended shampoo. With the purchase of any color-safe shampoo from Cloud 9 your color service is 100% guaranteed. This does not include shampoos purchased from other retailers or salons.
